Fire Building Permits
(Please note that Fire Building Permit fees are collected by Routt County's CityView system)
Fire Building Permit (Residential & Commercial)
Oak Creek Fire Protection Building Permit Fees are determined by the total valuation of the project being permitted.
· Tier 1: $0.00 to $50,000 - $55.00 base fee.
· Tier 2: $50,000.01 to $100,000.00 - $110.00 base fee.
· Tier 3: $100,000.01 to $250,000 - $325.33 for the first $100,000 plus $0.65 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof, up to $250,000.
· Tier 4: $250,000.01 to $1,000,000 - $422.92 for the first $250,000 plus $0.17 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof, up to $1,000,000.
· Tier 5: $1,000,000.01 and up - $549.80 for the first $1,000,000 plus $0.13 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof.
NOTE:
Tiers 1 and 2 include: Initial plan review, One revision plan review, One site visit for final inspection for Certificate of Occupancy.
Tiers 2, 3, 4, and 5 include: Initial plan review, One revision plan review, One site visit for preliminary site inspection, One site visit for final inspection for Certificate of Occupancy.
Revised Plan Review
If additional plan reviews are required (in addition to those included in tiered permit fee) the following fee will be due per plan review.

Additional Site Visit
If additional site visits are required (in addition to those included in tiered permit fee) the following fee will be due per site visit.

Oak Creek Fire Protection charges for repeat false alarms. Locations are allowed 2 freee false alarm responses. The fire District recommends that if you are going to be doing any kind of work or contruction that could possibly set off the fire alarm that you contact Routt County Communications or the fire District.
