Oak Creek Fire Protection District requires that all buildings have a fire district lock box permanently mounted to the building. This will allow responding fire personnel access to the building whether or not someone is there. This save time and the need for fire personnel the to break into the building, thus not damaging the doorway.
The fire district requires one of these boxes be installed at or near the main entrance or garage of the residential unit.
Lock boxes especially keyed for our fire district can be purchase at one of two local security retailers.
